3 Poisons is the sophomore release from Detroit's Ingo Swann, a project named after the famously government-contracted psychic and featuring former members of Pity Sex and Brave Bird. Building on the gothic post-punk foundation of their 2025 debut Hunger, the band pushes boldly into new territory here — weaving EBM influences into an emotional pop framework that feels simultaneously colder and more immediate. Churning synths, deceptively simple guitar melodies that burrow in and refuse to leave, and Chris Liu's cavernous baritone anchoring it all.
