Brooklyn-based band Velvet has become well known in the NYC scene for their crushing live performances and distinctly heavy tones. With their debut LP, released in early 2024, the group has a sound that blends the ethereal textures of shoegaze with a raw alt-rock energy. With high demand from fans for a vinyl release, Velvet teamed up with á La Carte Records to make that wish come true.
